產學合作 Industry Collaborations
以2016年成立的碩士在職專班為基礎，除了提供專班學生專業能力培養，期待他們能夠為社會創造更大的價值外，更希望透過專班在職學生的經驗回饋，使本系的課程規畫能夠更加符合業界的要求。
成立產學合作計畫，透過與企業的合作，實務的經驗和學術的專業，相互扶持，與企業一同解決財務管理上的困難與挑戰，同時企業也提供本系學生參與實務實作的機會。
The master’s program of finance and banking was established in 2016 to provide outstanding students with a wider range of academic disciplines and make meaningful contributions to the advancement of society. Moreover, we hope to be able to coordinate our interdisciplinary efforts and foster strong collaborations between students and the industry through master’s and EMBA students’ insight and experiences. Today, we have launched various programs to deepen our connections with the industry and strategic partners. We look forward to working closely with our partners to support student engagement in effective knowledge application. In return, we support our partners to tackle the grand challenges of companies’ financial management strategies.
產學合作計畫之中，尤其著重於早期階段的新創團隊與本系的合作，為新創團隊提供應具備的財金知識範疇。實務上，新創團隊越早能擁有財務金融專業的見解與操作經驗，將能幫助公司及早設立、管理可行的經營目標，及早邁向正軌，故財務金融無疑是公司必備的一項核心競爭能力。
We highly value the collaboration with start-up companies and are willing to assist these companies with our expertise in finance. The sooner these start-up teams acquire insight and hands-on experiences on financial management, the sooner the company finds their footing in the competitive industry.
而在長期的規劃之下，產學合作經驗不斷的積累後，期望系上的研究團隊能藉由對產業界的諮詢顧問服務，成立對於業界的學術顧問委員會，與業界的緊密結合，本系能夠在學術研究上更能貼近實務，也有助於幫助學生學以致用，創造更大的價值。
Under our curriculum planning, specialized programs and collaboration with the industry, we seek to establish bilateral committees which offer companies consultant services. In return, we look forward to building a deeper collaboration with the industry to develop innovative solutions that are significant to address challenging real-world problems, as well as training our students to apply their skills and talents effectively to make meaningful contributions.
